The dealership could not provide an update for my kia connect gps which has been out of service for a year. The dealership also provided a video that showed my mechanic and what he recommended for future service. Unfortunately, there was no sound so I have no idea what he was trying to tell me. This was the second or third time this has happened in the service department. But overall, the service was good.
Heard so much about thus place and being close to my home I decided to pay a visit. This place is insane. Noisy, crowded in the showroom. Loud music and you see sales reps eating in the corner a quick bite to continue selling. Not very professional. Inventory on vote the used and new cars were limited. They did not have whaumt I needed. Our sales rep was nice and patient; however I did not like the vibe of the place and found it a stressful experience. I'm doubtful that I'll ever go back.

I will first say this: I would rather have a root canal then negotiate a lease or purchase of a NEW VEHICLE. Our sales man, Danilo Urena was a perfect gentleman and spent more time than he probably should have spent. He listened to what we wanted. He found the perfect car--color, features, styling, and price. We settled on a car and then came the slowdown. The F & I process took much too long and we spent most of the day finalizing the deal.
My experience was good and Jason was very professional and thorough. The car was serviced on a timely basis and I was treated with respect and courtesy.

I arrived a few minutes early and was escorted immediately to Mr Brandon's station . I waited a few moments and then Brandon came over and greeted my i replied back and from there things moved swiftly.. i decided to wait ..my wait time wasn't long at all. Brandon informed me me that i would be receiving a video on what they would be doing to my vehicle ... I'm thoroughly pleased with my experience that day . I got there before time and was immediately met by an advisor that checked the system and he guided me to who i was going to be helped by . That's when Kevin came out i was happy because I've had him before . Always very nice and on top of my cars needs ... just great guy over all

I had hard time to get to talk to service manager. Eventually I was given rental for 1 day. The result was I was told the AC setting ( factory setting ) was the core of the problem. Warm air blow intermittently. It was adjusted. The first day after was ok. But now the SAME issue persists.
7 hours is a bit ridiculous also there were only one key I Wasent told that before also there was no owners manual in glove box.. Could have sped up the process I know we had to wait some time for my daughter to join me but still the same 7 hours. The sales man was pleasant didn’t get any great detailed information from him on the cars available.

Did not want to say their responsibility I want for a simple oil change and I left my car was pulled to the right eventually they fixed at the end of the day to get the job done by. I had to go back to next week to get it done.

The dealership misled to believe that my vehicle was being worked on that day. It was not. I was being told that they couldn't figure out what the issue was but the next day they were able to figure out the code and that it was just a battery connector issue. Wasted my day and time. And I've lost all faith with this dealership now from the sales side and service. DO NOT VISIT THIS KIA SERVICE PLACE! I had maintenance included in my contract and they charged me 325 dollars because Yitzhack Ramirez said I needed to change wheels because it was “dangerous”. I came to my home Kia center and they told me this guy ripped me off. My advice? Avoid them at all costs. Not trustworthy.
